If you own a computer, problems or viruses are going to happen at some point. Computers aren't like your toaster - they're more like your car. Your PC is requires regular updating, care, and maintenance, where we will ensure your computer is working properly and more efficiently. If you need an appointment scheduled outside our normal business hours, we will accommodate based on your schedule.

We have used Buckeye Computer Service for years in several businesses and for personal. Troy is the best in the business. He will come directly to you, he is always on time and answers any and all questions. His work is on point and he always makes sure you are happy. We wouldn't use anyone else.

We have had them service our company for several years and would never entertain another company! Troy is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Troy was very responsive. I had a deadline I needed to make with an upgrade to my laptop, and he came as soon as the part came in. Unfortunately, the upgrade was not possible, but I received a quick refund for the returned part

Fast service and prompt answers. However, if they say they are going to invoice you and you don't receive and invoice. Contact them immediately. It seems their invoice system may have a few bugs. I was told "We'll send you the invoice." and didn't receive one. I honestly forgot about it until I received an invoice for the original fee and $35 for a service fee for late payment. I contacted the owner but only received another copy of the invoice no explanation or apologies. I paid the invoice in full to avoid additional late fees (as I would have if I had received the 1st invoice) but probably will shop elsewhere for support next time.

I am sorry you did not receive the invoice. It was sent on 9/23 (the day of service), 10/6 and again on 10/23 before the system added the late fee and sent it again on the 27th. Our policy is to charge the late fee for all invoices over 30 days past due and that policy is listed in the information every time a ticket is opened. While we hate to see you go somewhere else, we hope you find the service you need and will be happy to help you in the future if you need us.
